Steve was very helpful, he was always quick to reply to our queries and no question was too silly or to much trouble. He gave solid advice and got us a good deal. It worked out really well. because his advice meant that we have probably saved a lot of money by remortgaging when we did rather than waiting, as now the mortgage rates are basically double what deal Steve managed to get us. Whenever the solicitors got in contact he was always on it to make us aware. He works very hard for his clients and will even reply on weekends even when we didn't expect him to.
