Senior Protection Adviser

Chris, our resident Welshman, joined the team in 2023, bringing a wealth of mortgage protection knowledge and experience based on his seven years of experience. Chris’s medical background and knowledge of medical conditions are second to none (ask his partner – she thinks he’s the family doctor!) This incredible ability means that Chris has a deep understanding of the technicalities of the different insurance products, enabling him to pinpoint exactly the right lender for each customer.

Chris works diligently to ensure our customers get the cover they need, giving them valuable peace of mind that if illness, tragedy, or the unexpected were to strike, they would be taken care of financially.

When Chris isn’t busy doing a great job, you’ll find him in the valleys with Nala and Koni, his family Cavapoos.

Ebony Stevens

Officer Support Manager

Ebony has a wealth of customer service and organisational experience with over nine years in the estate agency and property industry. She brings a lot of structure to the team, keeps everything in check, and ensures our customers are taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Ebony and her family live in the middle of the South Downs, so when she isn’t keeping the Pod in check, she’s usually out in the countryside with the family Chihuahua, Lotty, and Lady the Basset Hound. Almost certainly, you’ll find them stopping for lunch at one of the local pubs!

Katie Baker

Customer Experience Manager

With over 10 years in the property industry, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for putting people at the heart of the process. As our Customer Experience Manager, she’s here to provide extra support and guidance at every step of your home-buying journey, making sure you feel welcome, supported, and always stress-free!
 
Outside of work, Katie loves family walks by the beach, the occasional well-deserved child-free spa day, and treating herself to an (often overpriced!) coffee.

Roger Cockapoo

Roger has no experience working in the property industry. Well, of course not, he’s a dog.

He enjoys long walks in the park, barking enthusiastically at clients on the phone, and generally making his presence felt! 

That said, Roger is a valuable member of the team, and we wouldn’t be without him. He is brilliant company and provides plenty of light relief and entertainment throughout the working day.
